Choose high-quality scented stickers
Pay attention to the materials: High-quality scented stickers usually use better fragrance materials and carrier materials. Store scented stickers correctly
Avoid direct sunlight: The ultraviolet rays in sunlight will accelerate the volatilization and decomposition of the fragrance, causing the scent of scented stickers to dissipate quickly. Scented stickers should be stored in a cool and dark place, such as a drawer or a cabinet. Direct sunlight is a big no-no for storing scented stickers, and they should not be directly exposed to the sun. Avoid the stickers becoming aged due to direct sunlight, as well as the fragrance volatilizing because of it.
Keep a dry environment: A humid environment can easily cause scented stickers to get damp, affecting the stability of the fragrance. It may also cause the stickers to become moldy and deteriorate, shortening the duration of the scent. You can place desiccants in the place where the scented stickers are stored to absorb the moisture in the air and keep the environment dry. During the manufacturing process, keep the environment dry and try to preserve the fragrance of the label stickers as well as possible. In a dry and humid environment, the fragrance is more likely to volatilize, so it is even more important to store them properly. A dry environment obviously helps in preserving the scented stickers and making the fragrance last longer.
Store them sealed: Put the scented stickers in a sealed bag or container to reduce the contact area between the fragrance and the air, which can effectively slow down the volatilization rate of the fragrance. In this way, when the stickers are not in use, the fragrance can be better retained inside the stickers. Putting the sealed scented stickers into a sealed bag plays an important role in maintaining the fragrance and preventing it from volatilizing easily. Seal and store the fragrance in a cool environment to ensure that the fragrance of the scented stickers lasts longer.
Use scented stickers reasonably
Avoid frequent touching: The oil and sweat on the hands will contaminate the scented stickers, which may dilute the fragrance or affect the volatilization performance of the fragrance, resulting in a weakened scent. When using scented stickers, try to avoid directly touching the fragrant area of the sticker with your hands. Of course, in an environment where the fragrance is well-prepared, excessive touching should be avoided, and the stickers should be stored in a relatively intact environment as much as possible.
Control the temperature of the usage environment: Excessively high temperatures will accelerate the volatilization of the fragrance, making the scent of the scented stickers disappear faster; while excessively low temperatures may cause the fragrance to solidify, affecting the release of the scent. Generally speaking, place the scented stickers in an indoor environment with relatively stable temperature, and avoid exposing them to the high temperature of direct sunlight or the cold outdoor environment. Control the usage environment and place the fragrance in the best sealed storage environment for it. Place the scented stickers in an environment with a relatively low temperature but where the fragrance can be preserved just right, and don’t let the fragrance volatilize easily.
Replace in a timely manner: The fragrance of scented stickers will gradually weaken over time. When the scent becomes significantly lighter, replace the scented sticker with a new one in a timely manner to maintain a strong fragrance in the environment. At the same time, don’t put the used scented stickers together with the new ones, so as not to let the faint smell of the used stickers affect the fragrance of the new ones. Due to issues such as time and storage environment, the fragrance needs to be renewed or the fragrance on the sticker needs to be intensified.
Use strong-scented fragrances: Choose fragrances with a strong scent, such as ginger, lemon, lily, rose, etc. These strong-scented fragrances can better extend the usage time of the fragrance. If the fragrance is stronger, it will last longer. In addition, if the fragrance is stronger, even in some environments where it is prone to volatilization, not all of the fragrance will volatilize immediately.
