Please send the label width and height, shape, quantity per design, artwork and delivery country. Include the container material, application conditions, preferred finish and whether you need rolls or sheets. A container photo is helpful if you are unsure about the label construction.
The minimum order depends on the label material, dimensions, printing method and finishing requirements. Tell us your quantity per design so we can confirm the applicable minimum and quote suitable quantities. Do not assume the same minimum applies to every label type.
The main factors are label size, material and adhesive, number of designs, order quantity, print coverage and finishing. Special tooling, proofing, packaging and freight can also affect the total. Compare quotations using the same specifications and included services.
Yes, you can submit a list of designs and sizes for quotation. State the quantity required for each design separately. Whether quantities can be combined for pricing depends on the material, dimensions and production setup; please request confirmation in the quotation.
Please provide the quantities you would like to compare, such as an initial order and a repeat-order quantity. Ask for a unit price and total at each quantity, with tooling, samples and shipping identified where applicable. This makes the options easier to compare.
You can request an initial estimate using the dimensions, quantity, container details and a reference image. State any expected special finishes or white-ink requirements. The final quotation may change after the finished artwork and production specifications have been reviewed.
Describe the container surface and whether the label will face moisture, oil, refrigeration, sunlight or handling. Also tell us whether it should be permanent or removable. Ask for a material and adhesive proposal, then evaluate a sample on the actual container before confirming the construction.
Check the size, material, adhesive, finish, quantity per design and roll or sheet format. Confirm which proofing, tooling, packing and freight costs are included, together with payment terms, quote validity and estimated production time. Resolve any differences from your specification before approving the order.
Send a print-ready PDF or editable AI or CDR file for review. High-resolution JPG artwork may be suitable for some designs, but it does not preserve editable vector paths. Include linked images and outline fonts or provide the required font information. The team should confirm that the files are usable before production.
Extend background colors or images beyond the cut line and keep important text inside a safe margin. Ask for the required bleed and safety distances for your specific label rather than assuming one value fits every job. Show the cut line separately from the printed artwork.
Specify whether the design uses process CMYK colors or named Pantone references. Screen previews cannot guarantee the appearance of printed color. The substrate, ink system and finish affect the result, so agree on the color reference and proofing method before approving production.
Show the areas requiring white ink on a clearly named separate layer or spot-color separation. Explain which areas should remain clear or metallic. Ask the prepress team to confirm the separation before approval because white ink affects opacity and the appearance of the colors above it.
Request a proof and confirm the approval process with your order. Review the wording, dimensions, cut line, artwork placement and any special finishes. A digital proof is useful for layout checks, but it cannot fully show physical texture, adhesive performance or the exact appearance of metallic finishes.
Send your logo, available artwork, required wording, label dimensions and a reference for the intended appearance. Ask which file checks or artwork adjustments are included and whether design work is charged separately. You should approve the final artwork and check all product information before printing.
Ask whether existing material samples, printed reference samples or a custom sample are available for your project. These serve different purposes: a stock sample can help assess a material, while a custom sample can help review your specific design. Confirm sample charges, preparation time and delivery costs in advance.
Apply it to the actual container using your intended application process. Check adhesion after an agreed dwell time, then assess it under the expected storage and handling conditions. Look for edge lifting, bubbling, smearing or removal residue. Record the conditions and results before approving a large order.

Production time and transit time are separate; include your required delivery date when requesting a quotation.
Confirm the final artwork, label dimensions, material, adhesive, finish and quantity for each design. For rolls, also confirm the core size, winding direction and roll limits. Agree on the proof and any sample checks, and obtain written confirmation of the final order specifications.
Specify the format you need when requesting a quotation. Rolls are commonly used for machine application and dispensing, while sheets can suit manual handling. Availability depends on the label construction and cutting method. Confirm the number of labels per roll or sheet and any backing requirements.
Provide the machine requirements for core diameter, maximum roll diameter, web width, label gap and winding direction. Include the label orientation and sensor requirements where relevant. A machine manual or diagram helps avoid misunderstandings; confirm the roll layout before production.
Submit the desired shape and dimensions for a cutting review. Fine corners, narrow sections and small features may need adjustment for reliable cutting and handling. Confirm tooling costs, the cut-line drawing and whether the supplied labels should be kiss-cut on a liner or individually cut.
Agree on the approved artwork or sample as the reference and ask which checks will be carried out for your order. Useful points include content, registration, cut alignment, color appearance and finishing. Color can vary with substrate and process, so define expectations and acceptance criteria before production.
Performance depends on the face material, ink protection, adhesive, container surface and exposure conditions. A film label alone does not guarantee that the complete label will perform as required. Describe the intended environment and test the proposed construction on your container before approving it.
Contact the team as soon as a change is needed. Whether it can be accepted depends on the production stage. New artwork, tooling or material requirements may change the cost and schedule. Request written confirmation of the change; do not assume production has stopped until the team confirms it.
Ask the sales team to confirm the payment methods available for your order and use the details shown on the agreed invoice or order platform. If bank details change unexpectedly, verify them through an established contact channel before making payment.
Payment milestones should be stated in the quotation or invoice. Confirm any deposit required to start work and when the remaining balance becomes due. Terms may differ by order, so use the agreed document rather than assuming a standard payment percentage.
Ask for the available courier, air-freight or sea-freight options for your destination. The appropriate option depends on carton weight and dimensions, urgency and service availability. Compare both the freight charge and estimated transit time before choosing a method.
Check the delivery terms and the items expressly included in the quotation. Product prices do not automatically include freight, import charges or destination fees. Ask for a clear breakdown and confirm which party arranges transport and destination clearance before accepting the order.
Provide the recipient or company name, complete street address, city, postal code, country and contact telephone number. Add any receiving hours or special delivery instructions. If the carrier requires additional destination information, provide it before dispatch to avoid delays.
Confirm the packing method with your order, including roll or sheet protection and carton quantities. Mention any limits on carton weight, special identification or storage requirements. Packaging should suit the label construction and chosen transport method; request packing details if your receiving process has specific needs.
Request the tracking number or shipment reference after dispatch. The type of tracking available depends on the transport service. Estimated delivery dates can change during transit, so contact the team or carrier if updates stop or the shipment requires additional delivery information.
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the carton labels, affected labels and the overall shipment. Record the quantity involved and compare the goods with the approved order or proof. Contact the team promptly with the order reference so the issue can be reviewed under the agreed order terms.
