What We Check Before Printing
Our label artwork review focuses on four practical checks before your files move into production preparation.
Artwork & Fonts
Check font availability, linked images and clarity at the finished label size. Flag missing assets and small text that may not reproduce clearly.
Provide editable artwork and linked assets where available.
Bleed & Dielines
Review bleed, cut paths and safe margins against the agreed dieline. Keep important text away from edges and shaped cutouts.
Bleed and safe distances depend on the agreed dieline.
Material & Finish
Review material direction, color references and separate foil or white-ink layers. Match finishing requests to the intended application.
Confirm material and finishing options for your application.
Proof Approval
Prepare the agreed artwork version for your final review. Confirm wording, layout and production notes before approval.
You approve the content; physical performance may require sampling.
See What an Artwork Check Can Reveal
Resolve layout issues before proof approval. The illustration below shows text moved away from the cutting edge and artwork prepared with bleed and a safe area.
Bleed
Extend background artwork beyond the cut line to avoid an unprinted edge after trimming.
Cut Line
This marks the intended finished edge. Use the agreed dieline rather than estimating the trim position.
Safe Area
Keep important text and logos inside this boundary. Required distances depend on the label and cutting process.
Illustrative example — not a customer production record. A digital proof supports text and layout approval; it cannot confirm physical color, texture or adhesion. Discuss a physical sample and any charges if these are critical to your application.

Label Design Checks by Product Application
Artwork should be reviewed against the actual container, surface and finish. Choose the closest product type to identify the design details needed before printing.
EPOXY
Check logo clarity, finished shape, edge spacing and how the raised dome effect will cover the printed artwork.
WINE
Confirm bottle dimensions, label shape, text hierarchy, finishing areas and artwork direction for the selected material.
PC
Review equipment graphics, instructional text, windows or cutouts, corner radius and alignment with the application surface.
SECURITY
Separate brand artwork from the requested security effect and confirm label size, identification purpose and visible details.
BEAUTY
Check front and back information, small text, curved-container fit, clear areas and finishing positions against the bottle.
HEALTH
Review product information, small-text readability, barcode or batch area, bottle dimensions and target-market requirements.

Print Design FAQ
Check file requirements, artwork adjustments and proofing expectations before submitting your label project.
What file format should I send?
Send AI, PDF or CDR files with the required fonts and linked images, or ask whether your image file is suitable. Include the finished label dimensions; changing a file’s DPI setting alone does not restore missing image detail.
Can you adjust my sticker artwork?
We can review label size, layout, cutting lines and print preparation. Send the existing artwork and requested changes so our team can confirm the adjustment scope, any design charges and the next steps.
Do I need a proof before production?
Agree on the proofing method before production. A digital proof supports layout and text approval; it does not guarantee physical color, texture or adhesion. Confirm whether a physical sample is needed for your application.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Send your artwork or a downloadable file link, label size, quantity per design, container surface, finish and destination country. Our team will review the information and confirm the quotation and artwork-review scope.
Ready to review your label artwork?
Send your artwork or file link, label size, quantity and application details to our label manufacturing team. We will confirm the review scope, any adjustments and the next steps before quotation.
