Before you order.
Start with the housing material and texture, application conditions and expected exposure. Review the facestock, adhesive and finish as one construction, then agree checks on your actual case.
Send a quantity breakdown by model and artwork version. Identify any shared dimensions, materials and finishes, and list the fields that change. Confirm production grouping and packing identification with the quotation.
Send the label dimensions, housing details, artwork files and quantity per model. Include the required sheet or roll format, finish reference, application method and exposure conditions. Minimum quantity and lead time are confirmed after reviewing the specification.
Provide the final code data, barcode type and artwork at the intended size. Agree clear space and print requirements, then check readability and scan the printed sample using the intended equipment. A screen preview does not replace a printed-sample check.
